INTRODUCING THE STREET TEAM…
The Street Team is groups of fans that get together to help expose Zero II 60’s artist/label to friends and other music lovers in the cities that they live. Members will help distribute various promotional items (fliers, stickers, sampler CDs/DVD, etc.). In exchange, we offer free tickets to shows, music, sports events, fashion shows, shirts and, best of all, the opportunity to obtain invaluable experience towards future opportunities. Many people in the music industry get their humble beginnings through street teams.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AS A STREET TEAM MEMBER?
All we ask is that you use the items to reach out to music fans like yourself, promote our artist, and let us know about what you are doing by posting feedback on our message board as well as take pictures of the work that you have done.
WHERE ARE SOME GOOD PLACES TO GIVEAWAY PROMO MATERIALS?
Since you know your town better than anyone else, give materials away at places where people just like yourself hang out. In case you’re stumped or are looking for some ideas, here’s a list of places that are great for handing out promo stuff:
• After Shows
• Outside a club
• College Campuses (Bookstores Dormitories, Student Union Buildings , Radio Stations, TV Stations, Cafeterias)
• High schools (Home room, cafeteria)
• Music Retail Stores (Independent Record Stores, Video & DVD Stores)
• Music Equipment Shops
• Lifestyle shops (Unique clothing Stores, Army Surplus Stores, and Surf Shops. Bike Shops, Bowling Alleys, Arcades , Amusement Parks & Skate Parks , BMX Events)
• Movie Screening
• Athletic & Sporting places like gyms
• Coffee Shops
• Hang Flyers on Telephone Poles
• Cork boards
• Lockers
IS THERE AN E-TEAM?
All Street Team Members are expected to promote our artist on-line. You can do this by posting information about our artists in chat rooms, sending links of our artist’s music to the site your friends via email, and by visiting music sites and your other favorite sites and posting about our artists.
DO I HAVE TO SEND FEEDBACK?
Yes. Your feedback is extremely important. Tell us what you’ve done, where you’ve done it, whom you’ve met, and what they thought. You can post this info on our message board where it can be shared with the rest of the team.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN THE STREET TEAM?
You must be at least 13 years old to join the Street Team.
